The 2022 Research, Invention, and Innovation Congress was held for the third time on August 4-5, 2022 via a Virtual conference, and aimed to provide a forum for the knowledge exchange regarding the development of research for the novel invention and innovation under the theme of “Passion for the Future”. There were three main sessions; the Innovative Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Sustainable Science. About 140 contributions published in the proceedings indexed in Scopus, such as Materials Today: Proceedings, IEEE Xplore and E3S Web of Conference.
   The invited speakers from all around the world gave a great honor to share their experiences with us, including Prof.Dr.-Ing. Edmund Haberstroh from RWTH Aachen University, Prof.Dr. Sakdirat Kaewunruen from the University of Birmingham, Prof.Dr. Surin Khomfoi from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and Dr. Sadayuki Sato, a world industrial expert from Yaskawa Electrics (THAILAND) who is a partner in the KMUTNB reinventing program.
   Also, the RI2C 2022 had been supported from big sponsors, such as IEEE Thailand Section, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Thailand Chapter, and Electrical Engineering Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications, and Information Technology Association. This was an extensive network of educational and research institutions. Such academic Conference was major step forward in promoting and enhancing cooperation in Education and Development between KMUTNB and many visiting academics from overseas.
